Dear St. Raphael Families,
Plans for SpringFest 2019 (adult social and online auction) are well underway! As one of the largest fundraising events for the school each year, SpringFest was created to be a celebration in support of our school. All funds raised from sponsorships, admissions, and the auction go directly to our school and help cover the gap between tuition and actual cost per student. We are feeling lucky this year with St. Patrick's Day as our theme! Get ready for a fun party, and mark your calendars for an amazing online auction with bidding opening March 11!

Here are a few ways your family can help with this wonderful fundraiser!
- Donate to the Auction—Deadline March 1
The HSA class reps have been asked to think about leading a class donation. We are excited about the ideas and know that these contributions will bring about enthusiastic bidding online in March! Be on the lookout for an email from your class rep with details about your class donation. Of course, we understand that there are financial restraints at times, and we ask that you contribute only what feels right for your family. No donation is too small.
We also accept donations from local businesses that you may visit. Maybe your company can offer some sort of service. Your donation gets you in front of hundreds of savvy consumers, which is a great opportunity for increased exposure for your business! In addition, we accept gift cards or smaller items—this is an ideal time to evaluate your unused gifts from the holidays! Download our donation letter for solicitations or complete the online donation form.
- Make a Tax-Deductible Cash Donation with a Sponsorship—Deadline March 1
We are searching for a beverage sponsor, a cornhole tournament sponsor filled! : ), and event underwriters! Learn more about these exciting sponsorships!
- Bid Online in the Auction—March 11-20
The online auction opens at 8 a.m. March 11 and closes March 20. The first categories will close at 9 p.m., and the last categories will close at 9:30 p.m. The closing times and more information will be posted to the Facebook Event Page. Please use Facebook to share the auction as much as possible, and email the link to family and friends to help generate excitement! Items are being added daily to the online auction page, so check back often for a preview.
- Join Us for SpringFest on March 16
This year's theme is St. Patrick's Day, so come on out in support of SRS and have some green beer—it is our school color after all! Cornhole teams are forming now, so make sure you sign up to secure your spot! Organizers have just confirmed that a {{{huge surprise}}} auction item will be unveiled that night at the event! All we can say is that it is so amazing that each family will want a piece of it! You won't want to miss the unveiling!
