Inclement Weather Policy for St. Raphael School, St. Raphael Nursery School, Extended Day, Before Care and After Care

St. Raphael School:

During inclement weather, St. Raphael School will follow Montgomery County Schools.

St. Raphael School:

School Closings:

When Montgomery County Schools are closed, St. Raphael School is closed.

Delayed Opening:

If Montgomery County Schools are delayed, St. Raphael School will open at 10:15 AM. Students may be dropped off at their classrooms starting at 10:00.

Early Dismissal:

If Montgomery County Schools are closing early, St. Raphael School will close at 1:30 PM. All after school activities are canceled, including Mr. D and scouts.

St. Raphael Nursery School:

School Closings:

When Montgomery County Schools are closed, St. Raphael Nursery School is closed.

Delayed Opening:

If Montgomery County Schools are delayed, St. Raphael Nursery School will open at 10:15 AM. Students may be dropped off at their classrooms starting at 10:00. Afternoon classes will begin at their regular times.

Early Dismissal:

If Montgomery County Schools are closing early, St. Raphael Nursery School will close at the end of the morning session at 11:45. There will be no lunch bunch and no extended day. The exception is the M/W/F Full Day 4’s which will end at 1:30.

Before Care:

If Montgomery County Schools have a delayed opening or are closed, there is no Before Care.

After Care:

If Montgomery County Schools are dismissed early, After Care will be available until 2:00 PM only.

Lunch Bunch:

There is no lunch bunch on early release days, except for M/W/F Full Day 4s.

Extended Day:

There is no extended day on early release days.
